Who we are

GrowthPulse is operated by Cipher Technologies (PVT) Ltd ("we", "us"), a private company registered in Zimbabwe. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, name, and any avatar you upload.
• Workspace data — tasks, projects, comments, attachments, and any other content you create inside a workspace.
• Usage data — anonymized telemetry (page views, feature usage) via PostHog so we can improve the product.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your data only to operate GrowthPulse: authenticate you, run your workspace, send transactional emails (invitations, notifications), and process payments. We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the EU region by default. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the Cipher Technologies engineering team and is logged.

Your rights

You may request a full export or deletion of your account and all workspaces you own at any time. Email hello@ciphertechnologies.co.zw and we'll respond within seven days.
