Terms of service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using GrowthPulse, you agree to these terms. GrowthPulse is operated by Cipher Technologies (PVT) Ltd.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use GrowthPulse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; reverse-engineer the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use GrowthPulse to send spam or harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever within its stated limits. Pro and Business plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

Your content

You own everything you create inside your workspace. We hold a limited license to store, display, and process your content only to operate the service. If you cancel, you may export your data before deletion.

Disclaimers

GrowthPulse is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Questions or disputes: hello@ciphertechnologies.co.zw.
